Refund Return and Cancellation
Basic Return Policy
Returns request will be entertained within 48 hours of the goods delivery. Only, in the case of manufacturing defects OR product not as mentioned replacement requests up to a period of 15 days will be entertained.
A damaged commodity can be exchanged within 3 working days of shipment once received by cotwills.com. All these official communications need to be done via Email. The courier costs to be paid by the Buyer.
In case of a return request is placed within 48 hours of goods delivery, where the buyer is not satisfied with the product quality, the goods can be returned back to cotwills.com by the buyer or through reverse shipment option of cotwills.com, Option of Money refund / credit note is available as per buyer’s choice in this case.
In case of manufacturing defects, goods can be replaced if the request is placed within 15 days from the date of delivery. For defects, cotwills.com will send replacement with the next order. Only in case goods are not available for replacement, a credit note will be issued which can be used against the next order. Refunds will not be given in this case.
Returns made for unnecessary reasons will affect customer's ratings on cotwills.com Delivery of the goods, ordered by a repeat customer, will depend on the sole discretion of cotwills.com based on the risk assessment or the past transaction history of the buyer.
Buyer ratings and future supply to the buyer remain unaffected in case of returns arising because of the following reasons:
Manufacturing defects or damaged goods
Goods received are different from the product description on the website
Customer can call us on 9923018197 to register their return request. Our customer representative will ask the customer to send a digital photograph of the goods on 9923018197 or email@example.com. To register their complaint. Our team will provide the customer with all the necessary help required with the return process.
All refunds will be initiated to the same bank account through which payment for the order was made.
In case of alternate payment options (COD, Credit/Debit Card, etc.), bank account details provided by customers will be used to refund money back. The bank account holder name should be the same as the registered name of the customer/firm on the website.
In case, part(s) of shipment is returned: The cost of the item and tax levied on the returned item will be refunded.
Under all cases, return shipments costs are borne by the customer. The cost of return shipping will not be covered by cotwills.com. Only in case of damaged products or products that are received wrong, cotwills.com would cover the return shipping costs.
cotwills.com is a B2B wholesale platform and meant for business buyers only. We do not prefer any end buyers to buy from our platform. All above-mentioned facility like exchange / returns / refunds are strictly for business buyers only.
ABOUT RETURN DOCUMENTATION:
The courier representative will require the following return documentation, which includes:
Return Label (With Correct Address of source and destination)
Declaration Form (these goods are returned goods)
Invoice for the items bought
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged for, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account / credit card / debit card etc. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer, i.e., wrong name or shipping address, any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer by Cotwills.com. Any orders placed for delivery to non-serviceable areas for our Logistics partners will attract additional charges over and above those appearing in normal shipping and will be charged extra. Delivery will be attempted on the best effort basis.
Customer can cancel the Order if it has not been shipped by Cotwills.com already.
Any decision on returns of the product(s) sold by www.cotwills.com.in is at the sole discretion of Cotwills.com and the decision of cotwills.com shall be final and binding.
cotwills.com reserves the right to withdraw from replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.
The terms of returns are governed by Cotwills.com.
Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, Cotwills.com is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items delivered outside of India.
A) The returned products should be in the same condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you. To the buyer or else the product would not be eligible for return.
B) At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
C) Please note for International shipments; the custom and import duties etc need to be paid by the Buyer.
D) Please note that cotwills.com has no control over VAT, customs taxes and import duties etc. They vary from country to country and state to state, they have to carefully observed and paid by the Buyer.
E) All the Stitched materials are not eligible for return (No reasons applicable)
F) Catalogues and Hardcopy may or may not be provided with the product. cotwills.com gives no assurance for them.
G) cotwills.com will only utilize reputed and branded Courier partners. We take care of reaching the goods safe and sound up to the client. Any form of damage or shortage of goods/products in the received parcel should be informed to our cotwills.com office via email/call immediately on receiving the parcel with no delay.
I) once we receive the payment, the order will be confirmed. The availability of the product will be scrutinized only after the payment is successful. The chances of unavailability are very rare and in this unfortunate event, the courier time would differ. These changes shall be updated to the client on a priority basis. The client can also browse other products/catalogues for alternative purchases. In any complications, cotwills.com will also provide Easy Refunds.
